WILD UNION: A YOGA & TAROT EXPERIENCE

WILD UNION YOGA & TAROT workshops are designed to promote, encourage, validate, and empower each practitioner's connection to their unique, innate inner wild. Attendees can expect traditional tarot insight as guidance, mindful art meditation, nature symbolism and connection, and asana practice as a vehicle to reconnecting, awakening, and ultimately, liberating the most wild parts of themselves.  

The WILD UNION ORACLE by Erica Settino, provides a yoga and nature-based journey through the Rider-Waite Major Arcana. Through the integration of traditional tarot insight, yoga philosophy and asana (postural practice), and animal and nature symbolism, each card explores the interconnection and union (the most common translation of the word yoga from ancient Sanskrit) of all of nature, as well as our part in it. We are all animals, after all.

Through the whimsical depictions of accessible yoga postures, and the animals and natural elements that align with the card’s traditional meaning, the practitioner will benefit from a single card draw, traditional tarot spreads, or all twenty-two cards at once when put together into a full yoga sequence. Two of which are included in the accompanying guidebook book.

At its core, WILD UNION is a reclamation of one’s primal self and wisdom. It offers insights into, and validation of, the profundity of embracing and honoring one’s own unique inner wildness, while at the same time fostering a deeper sense of connection and interconnection to the wild world at large.

No yoga or tarot experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from WILD UNION. These practices are intended to meet each practitioner exactly where and how they are.
